excellent beach access with nearby parks and attractions

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially how easy it was to explore nearby parks and the beautiful Akumal Beach just a short distance away, making my weekend strolls so enjoyable. plus, the staff were super welcoming and friendly.

Request fresh towels daily for a more comfortable stay. The water temperature is excellent, ensuring a pleasant bathing experience.

The beautiful landscaping and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Dining options were plentiful. the ceviches stood out as a favorite. However, we found some restaurant wait times to be a bit long, and the beach had strong current warnings throughout our visit, limiting water activities. Despite these minor shortcomings, it provided an excellent value overall.

The kids loved the aqua park and the casual vibe of the outdoor swimming pool was just perfect. Just a heads up, the pools got pretty warm by midday, but it didn’t ruin our fantastic time—make sure to check out the food options! 🌊

Multiple pools including a kids' pool made it fun for the whole family. The spa offered amazing massages and beauty services. The restaurants had diverse menus with delicious options. Staff was attentive and friendly.

bahia principe grand tulum is surrounded by a cozy and green area filled with birds and amusing animals. the renovated premium superior room was spacious and functional. we loved the high-quality evening programs and delicious a la carte restaurants. plus, it's close to akumal's turtle beach, perfect for snorkeling!

We recently had an amazing stay in Riviera Maya! The renovated Premium Superior room was fantastic, with two bathrooms for our convenience. The evening program was top-notch, and we especially loved the beachfront restaurant Tequila for its incredible breakfast. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again!

The beach experience isn’t stellar. sharp rocks in the water make swimming uncomfortable, and seaweed was abundant during my stay, limiting access. The trolley service is hit or miss, with long waits that can turn a brief trip to the lobby into a lengthy trek. Dining options outside of the buffet often felt subpar, leaving much to be desired in terms of flavor and presentation. Additionally, the food themes at the buffets were regularly repetitive, and you might find yourself longing for variety.

Loved the beautiful grounds and the vibrant animal life roaming around! The kids also enjoyed the amazing water parks.
